So I've never done this before, or even been open I guess about wanting to lose weight. I guess some quick stats:
30 year old male, 6' and 288lbs. I'm a "big guy" I guess regarding arms, shoulders, chest, etc, but probably need to be at 220lbs. So, let's go ahead and make that my goal.
I guess my objective here is to start charting what I'm eating, doing, feeling, etc and I'm hoping that other like minded, lovely people out there will chime and and kick me in a$$ now and again.
So, today starts it. I'm not off to a good start. Did the right thing and had a Cliff Bar for breakfast. But I just went to lunch with a co-worker and hand Mexican food. A burrito, a flauta, beans, rice and way too many damn chips and salsa. I'm going to guestimate 1,100 calories.
