I am new to this website and process. Looking for a little help and support; I had a heart attack 2 years ago and have ballooned from 220, which is overweight to 270. I don't look or feel good and am really struggling with portion control and emotional eating. I have aways eaten to make myself feel better. Any way, I need help and don't know where to start. I am walking with my wife every day fro just under an hour,,,,,
How much weight do you want to lose? - (70 pounds)
-- What is the timeframe for reaching your target weight? (Christmas 2011)
-- How do you want to accomplish your goal (what methods do you want to use)? (Excorcise and portion control/diet)
-- Who or what can support you in reaching your goal? ( I need to do this solo at home )
-- How realistic is your goal? (aggressive, maybe pie in the sky)
-- When will you start ( immediately)
