Day 1 -04/25/07

Breakfast:
None

Lunch:
Panda Express
Fried Rice, Mandarin Chicken, Mixed beef with vegetables.

So far: 4 Bottles of Water @ 1 liters each

Mid-Dinner
Brown rice w/ steak, beef, & chicken.

Workout:
Bowling for 1 1/2.
DDR Playing: 60 Minutes
Light weight lifting: 7 sets @6 reps - 70lbs.

Currently a student going to SDSU, and loving it :) Would like to lose some weight before the summer. My goal is to probably try to loss 2-3 lbs every week for the next couple weeks and gain muscle mass and be more fit than ever. Trying to get a new look for my fresh new life as a college student. So i'm planning to eat healthy, and workout with various routines.

Breakfast:
yawn i'm tired , had a quickie

1% lowfat milk with some frosted flakes.
Back to work.
Lunch:
Sandwich from vons

Dinner:
Udon Noodles with some eel sushi , mmm good stuff.


Snack:
some more cereal.
