Save me!

I'll explain my problem to you very clearly and as definitive as I can be in detail

My grand dad is thin, my other grand dad is thin and my dad is thin but my mom isn't

I CANNOT GAIN WEIGHT! When I go to the gym, I lose weight. I can't eat well cause when I eat I start feeling full when I'm not supposed to. My body got shape from the gym but it didn't gain WEIGHT!

I hate the humiliation I'm going through! I don't like it when people tell me that I'm weak just because of how I look! In fact my bones can rape fat people from how sharp they are and I don't get hurt easily (good amount of Calcium maybe?) and I don't like how I get comments like "ew! put up some meat on man!" YES I DO GET THOSE TYPES OF COMMENTS EVEN THOUGH IT MAY NOT SEEM REAL! Or when I get told "Haha! when the storm comes I bet you'll fly" or when I get told "Lol! If someone held you from the neck you'd probably die". This makes me HATE LIFE and it's not worth living!! I would rather die and I really think of dying from how humiliating life to me is!

SAVE ME PLEASE! I'm living in a hell :'( ! I don't want to live anymore..

Hey Grimjaw, welcome to the forum.

I'm really sorry to hear how badly being too thin is affecting you - are you able to talk to anyone about this? I think it would be very important to let someone know how you're feeling, especially your parents if you can.

Why do you feel full before you're supposed to? Have you had this issue checked by your doctor? If you can't consume enough calories in a day, it's going to be next to impossible to gain weight. Are you able to eat smaller meals, but more frequently throughout the day? This strategy often helps for people trying to gain weight. Could you incorporate a meal replacement shake or something like chocolate milk between meals once or twice a day? Anything that can add calories to your daily intake without making you feel too full will help.

Have you tried liquid calories? Milkshakes and juices? It's not normally ideal to suggest someone try force feeding themselves sugary drinks but if you're that thin it should be OK.
Everyone can gain weight, it just sounds like you have a small eating capacity right now, it takes time but you can train your body to accept more food by consistantly force feeding yourself

And what do you mean by 'my bones can rape fat people'?

Just because he wants to gain weight doesn't mean he should eat sugar and crappy food!!! thats crazy! You need to eat about 6 meals a day, get a good protein shake, and ad some natural peanut butter. eating clean will give you the good calories that your body needs to help grow your muscles. there is no reason to gain "fat" or just "weight". fat doesn't turn to muscle, you don't have to gain weight before getting ripped....check out my photo album...and if you are interested in the proper healthy way to gain muscle, let me know. And I would be more than happy to help you out man!!!

^ You don't need to eat 6 meals a day, use any supplements (protein shakes included) or ever touch peanut butter. Those are all tools in the box that have their uses, but not one of them is essential. What is essential for the OP's goal is to consume more calories than he expends and to have a decent source of protein in his diet. He can get that by eating nothing but Big Macs and drinking nothing but chocolate milkshakes. It's not ideal, nor is it the picture of good health, but if it gets him his calorie and protein needs, it'll work for his goal. What is recommended is that he also get plenty of fruit and vegetables, consume fresh foods and have an overall well balanced diet....but again, it's not entirely necessary, even though it's a very good idea.

In the last year, I bulked from 62kg to 77kg, and am now getting rid of the excess fat before I continue bulking again. I aimed to eat healthy, nutritious foods throughout the day - get my fruit and veg - and I barely touched any protein supplements. I had some wholesome meals and snacks throughout the day, but to clock up the calories needed for growth, I was also keeping Hungry Jack's, KFC and New York Slice in business. Could I have done it without eating that? Sure. But it did the job I needed it to do, and that's what counts.

wow...so to gain "weight" i.e. fat in that case... you are saying that its reasonable to eat crap that will raise your blood pressure, cholesterol, and mess your blood sugar levels all up? As opposed to eating clean natural foods spread out throughout the day to keep your metabolism higher, and fuel your body with the carbs it needs for energy before workouts, and the lean proteins it needs after for muscle recovery? What part of a big mac or fried chicken does anything to help you build a stronger body? But hey, if thats what you want to do, then fine. In the past 3 weeks, I have gained 7 lbs, and lowered my body fat by 1.5% at the same time. Im eating about 2100 calories a day, of raw veggies, lean meats, and a 100% natural meal replacement shake. I don't eat anything fried, no white starches, only small amounts of low fat cheese, and 1 cup of 1% milk a day. I am gaining pure muscle, and its proven by the weight, measurements and body fat calipers on my weekly measurements. And I'm not destroying my heart along the way.

I have the same problem and plus if you eat crap sugary foods, you will gain a FAT BELLY(even though your so skinny u still can gain a stomach) trust me I have been there.

All the above have there good and bad, to say.. just take from and make it your own way that will work for you. Have a good blood work up from your Doctor.. and build from there.. Good Luck....
