So I've been a member of the forum for a few days now and have been meaning to start a journal, but without having all that much time to give a decent intro. I still don't lol, but if I don't post something now I may never ever get to it. Sooooo the basics. I'm getting married next November and I'm a bit squishier than I would like to be. I am 5'10 and 198 and would like to be at a max of 170, but 155 would be my super duper ideal goal.
Joining this forum has been a good thing for me because I spend so much time on here reading about other people's battles that I forget that I want junk food lol
It also helps because it forces me to have a plan. At the mo', my plan is to eat 1700 calories a day (less doesn't work for me for some reason) walk at least 3 miles 3 times a week, drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, and do a bit of extra weight liftingy stuff. I was looking into that calorie shifting stuff today, but the menus are super crappy lol so I guess I'll just have to do things the old fashioned way.
Oh yah, and as of Saturday I lost a pound and a half since I joined the forum
