I am 19. I am currently 160. My Hw was 216. I'm 5'8". I would like to be 128 or around in that area. I have become an obsessive calorie counter and I exericise every chance I get. I have just started a new college and I have kind of strayed from my plan, but not much. I've only been here for about 2 weeks so I'm ok. I would like to be around 128 in Feb.
Today I had a total of 550 calories and burnt 600. Pretty good! Compared to how I have been doing!! Good luck everyone!
 
550 cals does not sound very healthy....
according to the female calculator on the following website.....
you should be consuming at least
2000 calories per day
grams protein 95
grams fat 63
grams carbohydrate 238
you might want to look into this a little more around the web....
 
You might lose weight fast that way, but then your metabolism will slow down, catch up to you and take all food you put in your body and turn it into fat stores. Hope you don't mind that. You might consider eating a lot of small meals a day instead and then incorporating your exercise you do.
 
Hey sweetie.. I hope you really listen to what these fabulous ladies are saying. our bodies need calories to keep ourselves going - even when we are just lying in bed - think of all the heart beats and breaths and such that we have to take. The danger of eating too few calories is that our bodies actually go into starvation mode and hoard up all the fat they can get. It is much better to eat sensible yet healthy (around 1500 -2000 cals a day) than to drastically reduce the calories to try to lose everything fast.
