oi so last week was ultra indulgent for me. (my weeks start on Thursday)
The tornado had me stress eating that one night, and St Patrick's day invovled lots of green cupcakes and beer... and bailey's. Luckily I haven't seemed to have gained anything... yet. I've got a date with the lap pool tomorrow, though, and I'm back on track.
it's the first time I've gone over my points, though. Flex points and regular daily points. Weight watchers reduced my daily points by one, and I earn less when I work out. Kinda dissapointing (I liked being able to have an extra snack on work out days!), but it's encouraging at the same time. Because my same old workout only earns me two points (as opposed to the five) then I have to mix it up, like swimming!
I went shopping yesterday for spring clothes! I fit nicely in mediums and 8s, and I'm hoping by the end of the summer when it's time to go shopping again Ill be going for 6s.
