Anything you want it for. I personally cuddle my sandbag at night instead of my partner. No its for throwing squatting lunging and the list goes on.

Yep just lift them. I just bought 80lbs of play sand and 32 contractors bags for $30. I am going to make 4 20lb bags that can be placed into my duffle bags. Therefore I can either have a 20, 40, 60, or 80lb sandbag.
