I am determined more than ever to lose the rest of my remianing weight. After an inital weight loss of 21kg i have slowed right down and have been eating unhealthy again.
Since finding this website i am newly motivated to start again and reach my goal weight of 55 kg.

The moment i stepped on the scales and weighed 106kg i knew something had to change. I was going very well with my weight loss and reached 82.5 kg. A friend of mine had an accident and my priories changed.

In the last few weeks i have begun to notice those kilos creeping back on and i have a renewed determinism to reach my goal. At current my weight is 85kg so i have 30kg to go.

so far i have eaten
breakfast - Green Apple and some pineapple pieces
Snack - apple and cinnamon yoghurt.

I have spent 10 mins on the eliptical trainer and have gone for a 75 minute walk. Im so motivated right now but also part of me is putting off doing an assignment for uni.

I will post later about how the rest of my day has turned out.
 
Hello, and Welcome! Sounds like your doing great (I think I dunno the metric system even though I just learned it tonight at math class lol) but anywho Just wanted to say hello!
 
Hey Sam! Welcome to the forum!!! You sound very determined to get that extra weight off, as long as you don't loose that determination you are going to do awesome! Isn't the elliptical Trainier absolutly fun?? I LOVE that machine! Today I spent 40 minutes on it. Thats my all time favorite machine!
