same weight, lower BF%

I'm 5' 8" and about 155 lbs bulking my way up to about 165. I'm about 13-14% BF and can see the top 2-3 packs of my abs. I want to ideally be around 160lbs with ~10% BF. It's been about a week and a half and have worked my way up to about 157 lbs. I've been eating at least 500kcal above my maintenance and have eaten mostly healthy foods. No stocking up on fast food or whatnot. Just a whole lot of rice, pasta, lean beef, tuna & crackers, chicken, egg whites, salads, turkey on wheat sandwiches, honey roasted peanuts, chewy granola bars (my breakfast on the go), oatmeal, fruits, naked juice, etc.

I'm doing a 4 day split workout (did total body workouts for over a year) to change things up and so far I feel great and it seems my body's liking it alot.

Realistically, let's say I got up to 165~ over the next few months eating healthy and then cut to 160. How much bf should I expect to have lost? 1%? 2%? Should I try to gain more than 165 and then cut?

And one quick question: What exercises should I do to make my abs bigger in size. I want them to pop out more since they look like they're a little on the flat side. Not looking for definition or anything, just size.

Thanks.

Your diet is the biggest factor. Drop that body fat % down to 10% and you'll see what I mean. Really, exercises won't really do a whole lot to develop ab size - everyone has a six pack, you just need to have the right body fat amount to see it.

well, if you bulk up to 165 and cut to 160 i dont think you will be 10%bf, so then you would have to bulk up again some more and cut more. Personally i would just bulk a bit more.
