I woke up one day thinking "What the hell happened to me?" I used to be physically fit, trimmed, and healthy. I could barely run up stairs or run a mile in the past two years. The morning of September 19th I wanted to make a change.

So far, I've lost 22 lbs. I'm eating healthy, working out a few hours a day, and feeling great.

I started at 265, I'm down to 243.
