Running.....

I have been goin to the gym for over a year now but i am not very good at running, i only run 1KM every day in the gym, i just get so bored running, can anyone help or advise me on how to get motivated

It's all in your head. Dig deep and ask yourself, "Do I really want to do this?" If you do, then get off your arse and go running! If not, find some lazy thing to get into.

Ya dont run everday. Switch to 3x a week, alternating days. Do you always use the treadmill? If so, do some HITT, there is a separate section on this site about it. Try running outside, use the bike or eliptical. Just mix it up, you gotta have fun to have motivation. You do got something going for you, you didnt quit.
 
Why do you want to run? Seriously, you need to figure out what you want to accomplish by running. There are many ways to accomplish a goal and maybe running is just not for you. Biking, rowing and many other options are out there for cardiovascular health.
