running with weights?

hey, just a quick question

does running with extra weight, say 3kg wrist weights on each wrist, actually help you burn fat quicker? ive seen these wrist weights around for like $15(AUD) and just wondered if they were actually worth getting.

Personally, I've never ran with weights. I've read that using weights while running can result in injury and it is not recommended.
 
I rather run with no weights on my arms or legs,it's not naturall and 99% of the cases u can get injured.Just in case visit this link:
