Running, getting bloated

Hiya,
I run every day except Sundays and I get bloated. It gets on my nerves.
I drink water before during and after.
I need to know if this is OK because it's definitely the water that bloats me. Some people have said don't drink while you run, but I sweat loads because I do this properly like I mean it- not a slight jog.

Can someone who has had this advise me how they stopped the water bloating them from running, thank youuuuu XX

The thing is to drink a while before you run. About 500ml an hour before you run is a good idea and a banana. Well thats how I cured this problem.

How you drink your water and other fluids is also important. Drinking little and often will help the uptake of fluid and nutrients.

If you swallow down a glass of water in one go, it will not be taken up by the cells. It will flush through the kidneys. This causes important nutrients for fluid balance to be flushed out of the system.

Sipping water slowly will help re-hydrate your body and prevent large amounts of fluid rushing into the tissues.

An important mineral in any fluid excreting formula is potassium. Potassium helps in water uptake in the cells and promotes correct kidney function - that’s why you will hear bananas mentioned over and over.

Hi,
thanks for taking the time to respond to my question. I am a new member here, but I have read a lot of good advice here so now I am registered I can add or ask more.
I will try the banana and sipping water little and lots.

Dont drink to the point of feeling full before, during or even a little while after, that's my advice at least. Whenever I have done that I feel sick and messed up...then I have to energy to run.
