Running from the Flab!

Hey everyone,

My name is Jessy and I am from Sydney.

I have been trying to loose weight pretty much since i was 14 but i just really really really like food and always come up with these wack plans but just get torn away from them by something delicious. Well this time its going to happen.

I have a long term goal of 20kgs ( 44 pounds) over as long as it takes, but my first short term goal is 6kgs over 21 days. In 21 days i have a big event and it is more important then ever that i look amazing. ha.

Well i here are my current stats:

Current Weight: 85kgs / 187 pounds
Height: 169cm / 5'5
Age: 17

Goals:

28th april : 79kgs
30th may: 74kgs
23rd June: 70kgs

I dont no if these goals are going to happen but i pray to God i can do it.

I think my main problem is that i eat from bordem so forgive me if i post here alot, its a great distraction. I have taken to doing alsorts of calculations about calories etc. (also a great distraction) :D what i have found so far is that

for every 1000 calories burnt thats 110grams of body fat lost. So that would make it that i have to burn 2200 calories a day to reach my first goal.. i dont think thats possible, but i am just going to do as much as i can..

Sorry for my rambelings, its currently 12pm and i have already eaten 477calories, so thats 2670 calories i have to burn today! Ha, in half an hour i am going to go and run laps, which burns 56 calories per lap. so i plan to runabout 10, although i MAY JUST DIE IN THE MIDDLE, if i ran 10 that would be 560 calories which would cover all the calories i will consume today, and then any other exercise i can do today will go towards burning stored fat..
