running and liftning

Is it ok to run and lift on the same day? if so should I separate them by a couple of meals and maybe 10-12 hours?? Would this be at all counterproductive?? Technically I am trying to bulk right now but I am at the tail end of my bulking as I am just now starting to notice fat gain...

Fat gain is normal, you'll probably want to finish your bulk, then switch to a cut. Running during a bulk would basically be counterproductive. You could run a little, but it would probably be at the expense of bulking, even if only minimally.

I disagree with Evan.

Eat above maintenace, but not too much. IF your gaining more fat than muscle, more fat than you would like, lower calories.

Do cardio, but don't over do it.

I know all about the idea of bulking andcutting and I know it is ok to do cardio on your off days as wlong as there is still a small surplus in calories...I was just wondering if there was a problem with doing them on the same day...The fat gain I have noticed is very minimal...I went from around 9% to about 10%..My abs are still visible but not as much as there were and as I said I am nearing the end of my bulk so this is to be expected I would think..
