I just joined this forum and I am really liking it. I have a question.
I have started gaining weight (I gained 25pound from last year). It is mostly my belly that it popping out. I am a college student, so I am blaming it on the beer I drink every weekend. I never use to do anything workout routine bcos
1. I am very lazy
2. I taught I would never get fat in my life.
I play soccer every friday, saturday and sunday. But I am a defender, so i don't run around that much.
I can't go running because I have shin splint. It hurt every time I try to walk or run for more than a mile. Even after I took a break from soccer and running, when I started again, the shin splint came back.
I recently found that I can cycling and it doesn't hurt at all. But I don't know what routine to follow. I currently weigh 196 and I am around 6ft and i am 22yr old.
My routine right now is I wolk for about a mile and I incline the machine and I cycle for about 7-10 miles every monday, wednesday and thursday. I do 10-20 sit-ups, 10-20 press ups, 20 dumbbells everyday.
I was wondering if there is anything I should increase or start. I really want to reduce my belly fat and get my ads back and alway I want to stay fit and gain endurance for soccer.
