Routine Help

Hey guys, im looking for a little help setting out a workout routine.

First off i will mention that i have a physical disability, Spina Bifida, which affects my lower body, so I'm just looking to target the upper half, apart from using an exercise bike as a cardio exercise.

The equipment i have is:
exercise bike
bench press
barbell, dumbells
lat pull-down
boxing bag.

Each weight session ive been doing:
bench press, dumbell pec flys,
dumbell shoulder press (straight up), dumbell raises (out to the sides),
tricep extention using lat pull-down bar, lat pull-down,
single arm rows, bicep curls, dumbell shrugs.

Ive been doing bike and boxing bag together on opposite days to weights.
I would also like to add sit-ups to the routine.

Id like to know if the weights should be seperated into different groups on certain days and how often it should be done. Also if there are any that i am doing which arent necessary if they are already working certain muscles enough.
