routine good/bad? and a ques

Mon - Back
Tues - Chest
Wed - Legs
Thu - Shoulders
Fri - Arms

is it bad that i feel like my muscles are fully recovered days before i am going to lift them again? for example if i lift chest on tues, i can feel like i can hit them again saturday but i have to wait til tues. what do you guys feel about hitting muscle groups twice a week.. over training?
 
West: do 3 full body workouts a week; don't bother doing 1 muscle group per day. It really won't get a good enough workout.

Try Full body MWF; Core on TR; Cardio (if you're doing it) on Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun
