romanian deadlift?

Hi everyone, its me again :p. I was checking some sites looking for some pointers on how to perform a proper rdl, and i ran into this. And, if this is how the rdl is performed, i was wayyy off.

That's the first time I've seen an RDL performed with that range of motion. Typically, you'll start at standing and let the bar travel down your thighs, past your knees, and to midshin and then back up.

That is not a 'full' deadlift... only partial ...

IPA Rule: Upon completion of the lift, the knees shall be locked in a straight position and the lifter shall be standing erect with hips locked. The shoulders are not to be forward or rounded. The shoulders do not have to be thrust back past the erect position, although, if they are thrust back in such a manner and all other criteria is acceptable, the lift will be considered good.
