Dear Friends:

Hello First of all I am new and i really need motivation to get my goals going, i have search for that motivation everywere and well nothing I hope this place helps me get going with my goals. I have been a passive reader for a long time of this foreum but today i want to give it a try to see if it helps me a bit with this life changing goal i am trying to reach well here i go answering the questions :)...

I weight 319 lbs and i want to get to 187 lbs

-- How much weight do you want to lose?
132 lbs

-- What is the timeframe for reaching your target weight?
Probably 1 year

-- How do you want to accomplish your goal?
Exercise and Diet

-- Who or what can support you in reaching your goal?
Just you people of the forum and my inner strength, right now i feel like everyone is my enemy even my self, so hopping to get that inner strenght from here

-- How realistic is your goal?
No Idea the most weight i have loose in my life was 45 pouns and it was because of a girl and then that girl dump me and i gained all the weight back it took me 3 months to do it

-- When will you start?
Now!!

Hmmmm LOL I posted that on dec 2006 guess what happen after that i gained 20 lbs and i started eating like a crazy idiot.... Oh Life.. Guess what i am on 316 lbs now i am going down and if i dont loose a good amount of fat from here to december i will do the GBP surgery...

I Now have my own doctor who is giving me prescription drug named Acomplia and I have my personal trainer...

i am loosing fat very fast.
