Hi all, my name is Rocky Balboa (secret name), I am 23 years old and here are some stats:
I currently weigh 93kg. (205lbs)
I am 5'7" tall. (67in)
I want to lose 18kg. (40lbs)
My target weight is 75kg (165lbs)
I want to try a variety of methods to lose weight.
Not many people (realistically) can support, motivate, or help me.
I will start the second this post is created.

I was once considered to be the high school class athlete. However, currently I am overweight, have back, knee, and shoulder pain, and just feel plain miserable because of this. I have lost weight in the past by taking walks and eating healthier, but somewhere along the line I lose motivation and start eating junk food again.

My biggest challenge is eating healthy and walking or exercising. I have become quite lazy because I am just going to college and not working anymore. I am also not active in sports and spend a lot of time driving every day. I also spend a lot more time eating outside food with my g/f than before. I barely drink water, instead I drink a lot of coca cola and pepsi. I don't need a diet, I need a lifestyle change. I am hoping that this thread will help both myself and others in this position by perhaps motivating them.
