Hi. I'd like to get in shape. I need a nudge in the right direction. I've gotten my parents to buy healthy foods so there isn't any junk food to be tempted by so far. I've tried a few different workout plans and lost about 10 pounds and gained then gained a little muscle but now I'm looking for something somewhat serious. I can't go to a gym because there's not one near by and I don't have my own workout equipment but I can go buy some weights if you tell me what sizes/kinds. Basically I'd like to be TOTALLY RIPPED 4 months from now. Well not ripped but lose some fat and get some muscle. Anyone have any plans they could refer me to? I'm 17, 5'6, 185lbs (don't look it). I'm hoping for some serious change.. I'll do whatever you say. I have 2-3 hours i can turn into workout time a day. I just have no clue how to use my time. I don't know how to do exersizes i read about or understand the lingo so put it in plain terms if you want to help me. Thanks.

2-3 hours a day? I don't think anybody needs that much workout time... that would just be damaging to the body more than anything. Your body needs time to rest.

u can get block weights there brilliant they go up in 5lbs i think it is and u have this grippy thing which holds how much weights u need together it starts with 5 and goes upto 30 i think for one hand does anyone no wat im on about? i think u get them from eas not sure though but thee from the us so im guessin u can get them from there
do an hour of weights 3 times a week and cardio three times a week but on different days so its like cardio next day buildin etc and then take the 7th day off
because ure building muscle its not a good idea to loose fat because ure body might make u start loosing muscle which will make u look soft which u dont want
u can try things like pressups handstands tricep dip etc email me and ill send it to u its to much to put on here until u get ure weights also buy a swiss ball there the best there the big round balls that u get in gyms that u do crunches on and stuff and it prevents back injury.
u dont need a gym for cardio u can do skipping a rope costs 99p in england lol if ure american jump rope is that right lol that will also increase coordination or running or use ure local swimming pool
