Hi. I'd like to get in shape. I need a nudge in the right direction. I've gotten my parents to buy healthy foods so there isn't any junk food to be tempted by so far. I've tried a few different workout plans and lost about 10 pounds and gained then gained a little muscle but now I'm looking for something somewhat serious. I can't go to a gym because there's not one near by and I don't have my own workout equipment but I can go buy some weights if you tell me what sizes/kinds. Basically I'd like to be TOTALLY RIPPED 4 months from now. Well not ripped but lose some fat and get some muscle. Anyone have any plans they could refer me to? I'm 17, 5'6, 185lbs (don't look it). I'm hoping for some serious change.. I'll do whatever you say. I have 2-3 hours i can turn into workout time a day. I just have no clue how to use my time. I don't know how to do exersizes i read about or understand the lingo so put it in plain terms if you want to help me. Thanks.
