So I'm reading my partners Heat magazine (I won't say where I was but it was better than reading the back of a shampoo bottle) and there was an article about Jordans husband Peter Andre. In it he mentioned how he found a training program where you ate properly and trained for 40 mins a day for 40 straight days. In fairness the guy was a slob but is pretty ripped now.
