Right time

Hi all. I was wondering something. I do cardio 5 days per week first thing in the morning. I do weights about 2x per week later in the day. I was doing it in the afternoon, but since it's been so hot, I have been wanting to do it in the evening.

Having said that, when is the best time to strength train? How late can I do it in order for it to be effective?
 
No kidding! Ok then! There have been some nights that I haven't done it until 8, so I guess that's ok.
 
LOL, like I said, it could be wrong for all I know

But there are days, when I don't go until my girls are in bed which is 9 p.m. So there you go, I actually like going at that time, the gym is nice and empty and I don't have to wait for anything, and like you said, who wants to work out when it's 90+ degrees!!
