So here I am....finally going for it! Sick of being porky and not being able to buy those nice jeans.

My Goal:

I currently weigh 206Lbs. I'd love to get to 170Lbs or less...apparently this is my 'normal' weight range. Either way, to be rid of my belly and be able to wear a tailored shirt and 34" jeans would be very nice!

Time frame:

I'm in no rush..I appreciate it's going to be much harder to keep the weight off that's been lost in a diet. For me this is all about changing my lifestyle and habits. I go away on holiday in september each year so i'm happy to set that as my goal.

I think my goal is pretty realistic given the time frame. I've had a lot of support already and I was given some great advice on getting through food cravings. I started last week at 209Lbs and am now 206Lbs. Simply by cutting out all the rubbish and substituting unhealthy snacks with fruit things have taken a turn for the better. I feel great and have more than enough motivation to continue!
 
2 weeks on...

Ok, so i've been at this two weeks now. Cut out ALL junk food, make my own sandwiches at work and eat fruit if I get hungry.

R E S U L T!!!! I've lost 6LB!!!

I have been weighing myself everyday, i'm really surprised how my weight changes on a daily basis, but it helps keep my mind focused! I've created a spreadsheet/graph to log my journey i'll do a screenshot in the morning and post it here.
