Can someone give me a sample menu day on this rice diet. I don't understand (starch, fruit, protein.) What counts as 1. Thanks.

it is this you pic one of these as a serving and i have my sample menu for tomorrow in my diary but i will put it here to show you!

just remember you do the jump start and protien days also they are once a week when you choose like my menu below is a regular day and probably sunday or monday i will do jump start and then weds the protien you just mix it up

you can only use sodium free seasonings and no artificial sweeteners

This Is My Menu For Tomorrow And All I Am Drinking Is Water With It!
 
RESULTS WE HAVE SO FAR

You convinced me, I'll start fresh monday morning!! (would start today, but i feel like i'm setting myself up for failure w/ 2 banquets over the weekend)

what should I do about the banquet on wednesday for girlscouts???

i drank 93.8 oz of water!!

i feel good had a slight headache today but i feel better I really have had no sweet cravings and fixed my fam a pizza for dinner didnt even interest me! the rice fills me up and i think i found my diet or way of life eating finally!
 
will weigh in the morn i am gonna weigh in daily to give results!!!
 
whooooooooooooooooooooooooop there it is **************2.2 pounds down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i love it and i wasnt hungry and i have so much energy this morn and feel awsome i tell ya i think the sugar and sodium are what make us feel bad!!!!!!!!!!!

drinking on my 33.8 oz flavored water (sams Choice Clear American) (wal mart kiwi strawberry flavored sparkling water ) 2 for a 1.00 hehehe
 
interesting. The food looks great, lots of healthy choices and plenty of fibers. Great!!!

I'm going to wait and see how it works for you all. On the fence.
