It happened 1 year ago while I was bench-pressing. I might have used too much weight. I could hear my back crack. I didn't go to gym for 3 months. Now I m better but I couldn't do bench-press like I used to. Whenever I try bench-pressing, my rhomboid hurts. I tried seeing chiropractor but it didn't work. I have muscle knot/scar between the spine and right shoulder blade.
Does anyone know what I should do to get rid off or reduce those muscle scars?
