Reverse lunge off a box

So I'm thinking about adding reverse lunge off a box 1-2 times a week to fire up those glutes.

dag 1
A1 Power cleans
B1 DB shrugs
C1 Bench assistance
C2 Wide bent over row

E1 weakness circuit


Dag 3
A1 Clean low pulls
B1 DB shrugs

B1 Towel cable rows
B2 Bench press

C1 good mornings

D1 Weakness circuit

Dag 5
A1 Deadlift

B1 Pullups
B2 push press

D1 weakness circuit

my program as of now. "dag" = day"
day 3 already has alot of stuff. Day 5 doesn't have that many exercises, so I'll definitely putting one there, but where? Right after the deads? or after the B supserset? If I do it after the B my legs will be more fresh. I care more about weight on the push press and pullups than on the reverse lunges, since the lunges are more just work for the rear, not something I really care about the weight for.

Then perhaps on day 1 just before the circuit, but I dunno if there will be time on day 1..

also, all reps one leg then the other, or alternate? or who gives a ****?

Any input?
