I was a member here a looong time ago (ok, like 2 years ago). Back then I had 130lbs to lose... I don't think I really lost any of it... I have returned with a massive 176lb (80kg) to lose - I stand before you, a massive 338lb (151kg) :-(
I'm at the point where I'm doing something drastic otherwise I won't be able to continue living any kind of life. I'm starting to really feel the effects of my weight and it doesn't feel good. So I'm doing a Meal Replacement shake diet for the foreseeable future, so will be having 1000 - 1200 calories per day... although today is day 1 and I've had closer to 1500 calories, but that's ok! My stomach will slowly shrink and it'll be easier to eat less.
Anyway, I will be starting a thread somewhere to keep track of my journey
