results???

got this thing that hang u upside down and thought maby ill do some situps how long will it take to see results and jw how many should i do and how long should i do them for. should i take short breaks or just go non stop and repeat
 
You don't need to hand upside down to do good sit ups. I like to do situps on a decline with a medicine ball. I also go from side to side to help out the obliques.
