This is just what I needed to see this morning. I'm going to let my breakfast settle and then get working out!
I so so so want to look that good in my 'after' picture!
Do you mind if I ask a few questions?
1. How long did it take?
2. How many cals did you eat when you were losing?
3. You say you train 5 days a week now, but did you always train that amount?
4. Would you mind posting some of your measurements before and after?
The reason I ask is I'm the same height and nearly the same before weight and built a lot like you (well, I'm layered in lumpy bumpy fat but you know what I mean) and I'm just wondering what the difference in measurements was)
