My Feelings: I cannot play any games that requires me to do any kind of physical activity. I cannot climb 2 levels without losing my breath. I do not feel good in any clothes I wear. I feel worthless. I do not have any confidence. I do not have any self-control. Because of my belly, I cannot see anything under my belt without stooping. I will return back to my country in 5 months, I will go there a better, stronger man.

What plan do you have to help you lose weight? It looks like you want to lose weight very quickly- most medical advice for people under 100kg is to lose no more than a kilogram per week.

I am going to follow a strict diet where I watch my calorie intake and I do a lot of cardio and a little bit of weight training as well. I used to be 110 Kilograms at one point of my life, I got down to 75 and then again gained 15 kilos. I have done this before and I know how this can be done. I will post updates about what I am doing as I get more time.

My Feelings: I went to the gym once this week; I ran after a very very long time and I could run for one kilometer! Woohoo!! I did 30 mins on treadmill and 30 mins on natural runner and another 30 mins on cross trainer which is a combination of stepper and natural runner. I am a waiter at a two storied restaurant, and I worked 2 days this week and both the days I had two climb the stairs A LOT OF TIME. As breakfast I have been having an apple and a pear; as lunch, I am having half chicken roasted with a lot of spices but NO oil whatsoever and at night I am having anything that has less than 400 calories. I also drink coffee once a day and before going to sleep, I stop my sugar craving by having an orange/an apple/ or a pear.

I feel ecstatic on such a massive weight loss.. I really hope to be able to keep this up for the next few months.
 
Great job dude!! Running 1 km straight was a goal of mine too and very exhilerating to know that my stamina was coming along!!! Keep up the great work!

Hey, thanks mate. Running one kilometer in one Ho is an exhilarating experience. Good luck on your journey too!
