Hey! I'm Lexa currently living in Toronto, Canada. I've decided to make some life changes and I'm here for some motivation, support and education!! I'm super pumped to start my journey weighing in at 157.8 LBS and my height is 5 foot 7-8 ishl. My goal weight is 130 LBS. I recently joined an awesome Rec. facility and just discovered I LOVE running.... as long as it's Not on a treadmill. Can't stand the "not-going-any-where-staring-at-the-wall" feeling.. lol.... I'm hoping to get there by doing a lot of running, swimming, biking and fitting in yoga and spinning classes as well. Going through some peoples journals on here and looking at before and afters has totally motivated me and I will be starting my own journal.. it seems to be helping a lot of people reach their goals. Oh I'm also a vegetarian so any great veg recipes anyone has been using send my way!!.. I generally eat very well but I have a HUGE!! sweet tooth that needs to be tamed...
