I'm in the process of coming-back from straining my right intercostals-fairly severe. The tenderness is about gone (after 5 weeks) unless I overextend it. Question....What would be a good training protocol for the intercostals? I know baseball players are constantly damaging these muscles, I did mine golfing (no snickers please). Tried lat pulldowns, light weight-strict form and that seemed to hurt only slightly-any other ideas?
