I have a heel spur and put off doing something about it for way to long and finally got some orthotics for my shoes. Anyway now my left calve muscle is way smaller than my right, it's almost embarrassing how
deteriorated it has gotten.
Is there anything I can do besides the obvious standing calve raise and toe press to catch back up to my right leg again and in quick fashion?
