Ok, this maybe a strange question but I feel I can talk to yall about anything lol....Since I started lifting weights about a year ago I've noticed my face is red throught the day. It used to come and go, but here in the last couple of months it seems to be getting more noticable...I havn't altered my diet or my lifestyle in any way that should matter.. My face is just red like, almost 24/7...it sucks!!...Does anyone else have this problem??? Or no how to solve it??
