Hello I am new to this website and to working out. I am 15-years-old and I want to get in shape. I wouldn't say I'm fat nor would I say I am skinny. I am starting to get the man-boob or "moob" if you want to call it and I want it gone.
So basically I would like a workout that works on my pectoral and abdominal area. Push-ups and crunches just get really boring. I also heard that they were good just not the best. When I tried to look up some new exercises all I could find were just ads for some new machine or some plan that I had to pay for. Because of my age I don't have access to a gym. I do have some weights, but its very limited.
If you could just tell me what some good exercises that work on those areas that would be great. Also a recommend workout. Thank you.
