So I have been jogging 3.5 miles a day 5-6 days a week and eating less. I've lost 35 lbs in a little under 8 months. I really want to add a full body weight training workout. 3 times a week.
Question is, I looked at the sticky threads and the fbw use a lot of equipment that I don't have or want to get. I don't go to a gym.
Is there any FBW I can do with just dumbells, and a bench?
Stuff like:
crunches
push-ups
squats w/ dumbells
lateral raise
rows
bicep curls
dumbell press
etc
Or is this totally not how one should go about a fbw ?
I'm trying to lose fat btw.
