Thanks! followed my precontest diet. which consist's of 300grams of protein, 200 grams of complex carbs, and very low fats a day. low intensity cardio daily keeping my HR around 130-140 BPM daily 30-40 mins. i don't like using fat burners as they make me jittery. i diet for 4 months prior to my show. i am very strict. occcasional cheat meal
