It always feels funny using the group hug one, when it's just you sending it, but in our case, I think we can safely share a hug on behalf of one another.Yea i think its time to update the emojis![]()

I talked to her today. The blood pressure is much better and im not really lightheaded anymore unless i stand up too fast. Turned out tje battery was bad on the bike. It would start but had to put it on a charge every day. In the stores tjey run a little over a 100.00. Found one online for 45..oo so im waiting patiently. ......... More or lessWhen are you checking in with your doc to see how the new meds are working? Can you feel a difference from your blood pressure? Sorry the day was longHope you got to go for a spin on your newly active bike at least.
Only a few days.. She prescribed them b4 but i never got around to taking them.A few nuts would bump your calories up Rebel plus maybe a banana.
How long have you been taking diet pills?
Yeah, those things are usually just multiply their volume when they come into contact with water. Anything else would have to be classified (and thus regulated) as a drug. Or just not work at all, of course. The over the counter stuff I've tried always made me feel kinda bloated and feeling kinda full. These take away the urge to eat.
One HUNDRED pounds lost? That´s amazing, Rebel! Especially while dealing with mental health issues. 11 Pounds in two weeks is a lot, by the way, no matter which direction. I hope you´re properly proud of yourself. All the hugs and congratulations. Losing 20% of your body weight is a major accomplishment.
