Yea i went to one; thats how i got my cpap. I slept a little better but it didnt change any sleep patterns.Ever been to a sleep lab? None of my business but a neurologist friend of mine used to work at one and she'd have great stories so now I get curious whenever I think about sleep diagnostics![]()

I still like sweets. I just cant tolerate things that are overly sweet. It quickly goes from sweet to very syrup tasting..... Just too muchThat's so cool about not even enjoying the sugar anymore. I think I can imagine what that would be like!
Yea i thought about that. To get 400-600 calories i still wanted would have been A LOT of fruitTime for fruit, I sayI adore sickly sweet stuff when I´m not feeling my best but I much prefer fresh fruit when I´m on a roll.
