Today has been a catch up on sleep day.

Breakfast- fried eggs and bacon. (430 calories)

Lunch- palak paneer, cheese sandwich on low carb flat bread. . (800 calories)

Dinner- Broiled pork chops, pork -n- beans. (813 calories)

Still seem to be sleeping alot.

Breakfast- Protein shake; almond milk, protein powder, natural peanut butter. (420 calories)

Lunch- Salad; lettuce mix, shredded cheese, diced ham, yogurt based avocado salad dressing. (612 calories)

Dinner- Baked chicken breast, 2 cottage cheese singles. (723 calories)

Been a weird day. Breakfast at 7pm and dinner at 5am. Calories are a little low. Had plenty of food but they were all pretty low in calories. Even had a carby bowl of cereal for dinner just to give a calorie jump. Well maybe tomorrow.

Breakfast-Ground sirloin patty, 4 fried eggs. (558 calories)

Lunch-Sauteed zucchini spirals with shaved parmesan. (354 calories)

Dinner- bowl of frosted mini wheats with banana and 2% milk. (698 calories)

Hi, Rebel. Do you know if you have always had sleeping issues? By that, I mean, even as a baby.
 
Ever been to a sleep lab? None of my business but a neurologist friend of mine used to work at one and she'd have great stories so now I get curious whenever I think about sleep diagnostics :p

Yea i went to one; thats how i got my cpap. I slept a little better but it didnt change any sleep patterns.
My psychiatrist thinks it's related to the bipolar. Feeling down sleep alot. Feeling good i dont tend to need sleep.

Then at least when you do sleep you get real rest instead of struggling for air all the time... Must be so hard not having a set sleeping pattern though, I don´t function at all without a regular schedule.
 
Today was ok just not alot going on. Pretty much just made sure i was getting my money's worth out of hulu. Looked online for some online books. Most charge a fee or simply dont have many so still searching. Got some exercise with the dumbbell.
Had a sweet tooth so went to a cafe for dinner. Got a sweet vanilla iced coffee and pancakes with syrup. So much has changed. Im really sensitive to sweets now. The coffee was way to sweet. Had to cut it with about 50% black coffee. I used to soak pancakes in syrup and now maybe an ounce for 2 pancakes. I dont even feel like the same person anymore. Not as far as eating goes anyhow.

Breakfast-Gynormous Pea salad. (988 calories)

Lunch-4 TBLS Fresh ground peanut butter. (400 calories)

Dinner- 2 pancakes, maple syrup, sweetened vanilla iced coffee. (493 calories)

Time for fruit, I say :) I adore sickly sweet stuff when I´m not feeling my best but I much prefer fresh fruit when I´m on a roll.
 
Another day gone. Now to try and sleep b4 the sun comes up.

Breakfast- 2 quesadillas and 2 cottage cheese singles; low carb flat bread, shredded cheese, mild green chilies, sour cream. (811 calories)

Lunch- Grilled ham steak, fried eggs, cheese curds. (879 calories)

Dinner- Protein shake. (430 calories)
