I want to lose at least 78 pounds and I'd love to be there by next year early summer late spring, I suppose I should come up with an exact date, maybe Easter. I have a 10 year class reunion next year and want to look great for that!! I'm hoping to get there by doing no/low carb. I'm currently on my 3rd day and feel like i'm doing pretty good so far, i've lost 6.5 already, probably just water, but hey thats more than none!!!
 
What made you pick a no carb diet? carbs aren't evil... whole grains and fruits are good for you... you might want to just consider reading around the stickied threads, to find the appropriate amount of calories and just watching your calories and exercising..

way to go on the 6.5lbs so far though -that's great!

i only picked it b/c there are a few people i know personally who have reached their goal weight and say they feel great after doing this one...i'm sure i won't do this one forever though, maybe after i get down a little bit then i'll change to something different....
