I want to lose at least 78 pounds and I'd love to be there by next year early summer late spring, I suppose I should come up with an exact date, maybe Easter. I have a 10 year class reunion next year and want to look great for that!! I'm hoping to get there by doing no/low carb. I'm currently on my 3rd day and feel like i'm doing pretty good so far, i've lost 6.5 already, probably just water, but hey thats more than none!!!
