I am ready to do this. Looking to lose 100 lbs. Looking not to weigh myself every single day this time around!
Alternating between high and low carb diet!

Day 1 (high carb, calorie goal: 1,796) :

- Chipotle burrito bowl (white rice, black beans, fajitas (extra), double chicken, hot/mild/medium sauce (no corn), cheese, and a large tortilla on the side (1250 calories, 150 carbs)
- Ham and chicken snack (170 calories)
- Light mango juice (15 calories, 2 carbs)
- Lebanese sandwich, low cal bread (178 calories, carbs 20)
- cookies and cream ice cream (150 calories, 23 grams)

Total = 1,723
 
DAY 2, Low Carb:

Chicken (4 g Carbs, 250 calories)
Ham (2 g Carbs, 90 calories)
Soy Sauce/Veggies = 10g Carbs, 100 calories

Chipotle Salad: fajitas (extra), guac, chicken, steak, mild/hot, sour cream (No beans, No rice, ) (28 g carbs, 900 Calories )

Total = Under 44 carbs, 1,400 calories.

Day 3, High Carb:

Lunch: Chipotle Burrito Bowl: white rice (they put a little extra :-/ ) barbacoa, chicken, fajitas, mild, hot, sour cream (no cheese, no beans, no guac) Rounding up due to the rice: 800 calories. Carbs 50 g.

Dinner: Chipotle Burrito Bowl: white rice, double chicken, fajitas, mild, hot, cheese. 750 Calories 50 g carbs.

Total = 100 g Carbs, 1550 Calories
