Here is my story, and I in my mid 20's and I am back at my heavist weight. I am at a whopping 250lbs, and want to get back in control. In high school I was athletic and averaged about 130-140lbs. Went into the military and jumped to about 170-180. Then the cycle continued. Past the sad story, I want to start loosing weight, and get back in shape. I have two kids and a lot of medical issue that run in my family so I have to make a change.
