Has tried loosing weight multiple times, but something about this time feels different. Looking forward to bouncing ideas off of each other and loosing weight! Weight goal is to loose 75 lbs by the end of the year!! HELP!
I have been working out for about an hour at least 4 days a week and on a 1900 calorie diet. So far I am down 4.5 lbs, so that was exciting! It's just staying with it and not giving up! How did you guys do it, or are doing it??
