Ready to Rock n Roll

Has tried loosing weight multiple times, but something about this time feels different. Looking forward to bouncing ideas off of each other and loosing weight! :) Weight goal is to loose 75 lbs by the end of the year!! HELP!
 
I have been working out for about an hour at least 4 days a week and on a 1900 calorie diet. So far I am down 4.5 lbs, so that was exciting! It's just staying with it and not giving up! How did you guys do it, or are doing it??
