ready for a new me

So my boyfriends birthday is September 30th and i am wanting to try and drop 20-30 pounds by then. i have gained all but 2 pounds back from what i loss in the past month. So i weigh 213 and want to be at least 175 by September 30th. I just got to stick to my plan this time it was working last time but had some road blocks in the way hope i can do this time
 
Hi there. Congrats on wanting a new you. But I have to add that 38 pounds is a lot to lose in less than 2 months. 2 pounds a week is more realistic and you're not setting yourself up for failure. So maybe you can shoot for 189lbs? And if you lose more than that, then great! But you would have to lose a little more than 5 lbs a week to reach that goal, and that is not doable unless you take unhealthy measures.


I wish you the best of luck though and don't mean to discourage you. What kind of plan are you on?
 
I know it is going to be extrememly hard to do but i have absolutly nothing to do Sunday-Friday because they cut my hours at work. So i am going to be going to the pool and gym everyday and I have more then enough time to cook healthy foods and well i guess i have just got a lot of time that i havent had in a while and i can finally focuse on me. I have lost about 8 pounds each week for a month before just by working out eating home made food and drinking nothing but water and ginger ale.
 
Wow, 8 lbs a week! Well, if it works for you then go for it. I wish I could do that. I would be thin by Christmas.
 
but i was also a lifeguard at the time so that helped i mean all i did was sit in the sun but thats the reason i plan on spending atleast an hour a day at the pool. i just hope it works like it did last time
