HEY everyone. I had a tiny diary on here a few weeks ago (under a different name) and I think I was just too stressed and went about everything the wrong way. So here I am starting all over again and I'm ready to do it right this time. So once more I'll share a little about myself. I'm 21 years old, 5'2", and I weigh about 138 lbs. (need to change my ticker) My little story is pretty simple. I never dealt with weight issues until a couple years ago. Throughout my teen years I was steady at about 120-122 lbs. Which was a decent weight for my height. But a little over two years ago I got sick with bad ulcers and acid reflux which caused me a lot of pain. After I found out what was wrong with me I was scared to eat anything for fear of it coming back. I ate VERY small portions only a couple times a day and drank nothing but tons of water. I lost weight at a very unhealthy pace and got down to about 109 in just a couple weeks. When I did get over my fear a couple months down the road and started to eat normal again all my weight and then some came back pretty quickly. Before I knew it I was up to around 147 lbs. at my highest. The weight comes and goes but I've been sitting at about 140-142. I just want to get down to a healthy weight and be fit. My goal is 120 lbs. Anywhooo I've just been going to the gym again and eating right just trying to get back into the swing of things.

So I thought I'd log my food so far and my workout from this morning.

Pre-workout snack: banana
Post-workout meal: 2 eggs and 1/2 an english muffin with PB

I woke up late so I had a very late breakfast (around noon actually) but oh well. My workout today was
Elliptical at level 6 and incline of 10 for 20 mins.
Treadmill with incline intervals at 3.5 for 20 mins.
Stairmaster at level 4 for 20 mins. (that thing kicks my butt everytime!)
So I got an hour of cardio in which I'm very happy with. I'm starting slow with the treadmill because I don't want to overdo it but I'm excited to start running and setting goals for myself with that. I'll attach some pics of myself from today. I don't really know how so hopefully I'm doing it right.
 
Was wonderin' where you went.... glad you're back!!! :D You're off to a good start, and you look good already so you will look AMAZING when you reach your goal! :)

I've been a little busy so I haven't been on here as much as usual but I'm just going to log some stuff really quick.

YESTERDAYS FOOD:
breakfast: 1 piece banana nut bread and 1 egg
lunch:turkey sandwich on wheat bread with lettuce, tomato, and some mayo with about 5 fries (uugghhh they were just THERE looking at me =[ )
snack: 4 saltine crackers
dinner: homemade fruit salad-i wasn't very hungry at all.
YESTERDAYS WORKOUT:
20 mins on the elliptical at an incline of 10 and level 6
15 mins on the treadmill with incline intervals at 3.5
10 mins on the stairmaster at level 5
LOTS of extremely relaxing stretching afterwards

I was SO tired after work so I didn't get as much done at the gym as i would have liked to. But being a server at a pretty busy restaurant I get tons of walking done with HEAVY plates.

That stair master kicks my butt too! I think you are doing great and your workouts look awesome! Are you enjoying the after gym high yet? I crave it all day at work. I have to remember to think about it when I don't feel like working out. Your eating plan looks like it is on track too so keep it up and stay consistent and you will be pleased with your results!
