Reaching by weight goal for 2013

Hello!!

Yes, I am back again.

Background: I started by weight loss journey in 2011. I had a baby and was 71 kg (before delivery). I am 5 feet so with that weight had lot of fat and flappy skin. I ate good and went for walks and gradually reduced weight. I was 51 kg at start of 2013. I felt active and a new new person.

All I wanted was to loose 1 kg in 2013 and reach to 50 kgs.......

but what happened

My role at office increased...so I have to take care of multiple things and stress...I found my love for sweets/sugary drinks/chips again......so now I am 53.7 kg....not good

I feel aweful..and that I have let down myself...I had put in a lot of effort in the weight losss...and to be honest..i dont know what is going wrong....

I feel my face is all bloated.....my body still seems fine in comparision

ok...I will not moan about what has happened ...but i cant cant be unhealthy again....i want to achieve the goal i set out which is 50 kg by dec end.....guys help me achieve this...I really want this....

I dont want to be a super star at office...if I cant keep a simple goal i had about my health.


ok....so whats the plan...excercise and food...there is nothing else one can do

Food: I eat fine...but during office lunch/celebrations I eat unhealthy things
Exercise: Go to fitness center (30 min curcuit training * 4 times a week )+ walk 30 (min *4 times in a week)


Ok..lets see how it goes
 
13 Nov Wednesday

Breakfast: 1 glass milk+ 1 spoon chocolate powder, Orange
Lunch: Bday party at office... Green apple mojito, meal combo: two cup salad in olive oil + one small cup of pasta with cheesy sause :-( (well the menu said this was the healthiest thing in the shop and has less than 500 calories)
Snack: apple
Dinner1 cup lentils, oakra, two wheat bread, half cup yougurt, 3-4 small piece of tofu, 1 small glass diet pepsi

Exercise
30 min walk
30 min curcuit training
30 min Shbam dance class

Breakfast: 1 glass milk+ chocolate powder
Lunch: peas paneer, cauliflour potato, 2 wheat bread, half cup yougurt, half glass diet pepsi
Snack: 1 glass milk with chocolate powder, papaya
Dinner: peas paneer, cauliflower potato, 1.5 wheat bread

Exercise
45 min Pillates
45 min Body vive dance class
20 min walk

i did some personal work..that was important...but pendong for a long time. felt good..to do things that are imp for you...

Sounds like you have been doing well with the eating better and working out, good for you!

If you keep watching what/how much food you are eating, and stay away from the evil sweets you will lose the weight. Great job!

Thanks Icychic..for thr encouragement...i know..the sugary sweets..they are soooo tempting....but yet soooo bad!!

Breakfast and snacks: Milk shake, half cup semolina, 1 small apple, 200 ml buttermilk

Walk: 30 min
cycle: 15 min

Lunch: 2 wheat bread, paneer, lentils, curd, 3 strawberry, 2-3 spoon rice, carrot and peas
Snack: orange, milk shake
Dinner: 2 wheat pread, mushroom peas, carrot and peas, little potato


Walk: 30 min + 40 min
Cycle: 10 min

I certianly know that I need to enjoy my life more....relish it..i am so focused on excelling at work..creating a wow factor on all projects...i need to enjoy life..that glow that comes when u are having a good time..doing things you love..that high....that balance..i need that!!!
